Hello! My name is Alessandra, I’m 22 years old and I am from Italy. Since November, I am a volunteer for the Profilantrop Association in their charity shop, Filantrópia!
After my graduation I was looking for an expercience to live abroad and work with sustainabily, one of most important topic during my university. Being a volunteer in this project offered me the
possibility to joing two of my passions, sustainability and second hand fashion, but it also showed me the importance of the local dimension and the community when working toward sustainable
developement goals.
Living in Budapest I have the opportunity to both experience the life in the city but also I got to learn about the hungarian culture visiting the close by cities.

Hello!
My name is Vilma and I am 19 years old. I come from a small town in the south of Sweden and now volunteer as part of Filantropia Charity Shop which I really enjoy. In the past, I have tried team volunteering and have always been interested in meeting new people and gathering new impressions.
Therefore, I see volunteering as a fantastic opportunity to be able to combine my interests while contributing to a positive change in the same time. Other things I am interested in are painting, animals, cooking and reading.
